Best selling author, professional investor, financial education authority, and creator of an amazingly fun and educational board game, “Rich Dad”, aka Robert T. Kiyosaki is probably the #1 person we would recommend to study to start on your path to becoming wealthy.

4. Fast Track to Cash Flow (Darren Weeks)

Known as the “Canadian Rich Dad”, Darren was a student of “Rich Dad”, and has succeeded in bringing the “Rich Dad” philosophies to Canada! He offers free seminars on investing and financial education, with no pressure to buy any products, since he doesn’t sell any! These seminars are a “must” to go see; you’ll really start to realize how much you don’t know, so that that you can figure out what you need to know, and how to learn it!

The official organization of Realtors, this site is good for finding Housing Statistics, a Forecast Report, and Neighborhood Profiles…some of the research you may want to do if you choose to buy an investment home yourself.
