track to qualify for a mortgage when your lease to own term expires. Of course we also like to hear how you are
doing and how much you like your new home.

when the term expires and you purchase the home, it’s time we head our separate
ways. We apply your Initial Lease to Own Deposit and Monthly Lease to Own Credits
to the down payment, and our mortgage broker helps you get financing for the
