MaliRoo Properties Inc. is a family owned and operated business, run out of our home in Okotoks, AB. Debbie has been an active real estate investor since 2005, and a member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) since 2007, while Ryan, her son, has taken a year off after 3 years of University pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Marketing to help develop the business.

Our passion for helping home buyers, home sellers, and investors is what pushes us to be our best. At some point or other during our lives we have either been in need ourselves, or known someone that could have benefited greatly from one of the services we provide today. Thus, we are determined to help as many people as possible increase their financial well-being, according to their needs, and in relation to real estate.
